Green Apple Mysteries – A Doug Kydd Sunset Production
August 17 at 6pm

“This troupe has been preparing fot this year’s
Udderfest by improvising scenes by way of
Facebook Messenger (Group Chat). Thus, they
want to thank the Zuckster for making it possible.
They look forward to entertaining each other and
potentially the audience. The scenes you will see
will be spontaneous and improvised with very little
chance that the scenes were stolen from another
improv troupe from a parallel universe.”

Sex Lives of Superheroes
August 17 at 7:15pm

“Michael is so obsessed with his old girlfriend, Lisa,
that he allows her weekly visits to his apartment
which she strips, piece by piece, of his possessions.
Elenor, Michael ‘s date for the evening, is appalled
to find that he copes with his frustrations by giving
fantasy lectures about the sexual habits of comic
book heroes. The two seem a complete mismatch

Bad Things: Crusin’ – A Gothic Doily Production
August 17 at 8:15pm

“This dark comedy embraces a twisted take on
Martha Stewart’s “Good Things”. Barfa Crimson
Moon (created and performed by Treena
Decker) and her ever present partner in all things
dark, Death Darkflower (created and performed
by Krista Ediger) share their gothic take on the
darker side of being a cruise ship tourist in the
second deepest ice-free harbour in the world. This dark side of DIY features crafts, foods, décor, and fashions with a twist, some dark humor as well as enough duct tape and rubber cement to keep things interesting.”

High Steaks
August 17 at 9:30pm

“High Steaks is a one-act play fashioned
entirely from the imaginations of Erik Langille and
Michael Gurney, with inspiration from the audience.
No two performances are alike. A side-splitting and
occasionally heart-rending dramatic work emerges,
shaped by cinematic tradition and grounded in
uniquely charismatic characters. Erik Langille is a
veteran improviser and alumnus of the Hook, Line
and Snicker troupe. Michael Gurney is an Udderfest
regular who credits an abundance of his Prince
Rupert knowledge to cast mates from the 2011
production of “The Page Boys”. Scott Langille is an
award-winning stage manager, lighting and sound
designer, a fixture of both the Tom Rooney
Playhouse at the Lester Centre of the Arts. They
dedicate this production to Prince Rupert’s city
councillors, who are regularly invoked in an entirely
appropriate manner.”

War of Wits
August 17 at 10:30pm

“Comedy debate is back with Prince Rupert’s funniest
‘baters. Topics are local and a little different. Keeping the improvised rhetoric on-track is our host,
Chris Armstrong. Holding the stop watch to keep
things short and sweet is the Amazing Lyle McNish.”
