This workshop breaks down the gateway to arm balances — bakasana, or crow pose. For all those chaturangas push ups you do, building tricep, core strength, why not take it to the next level? Learn to fly, low, with crow. We’ll break down the various aspects of the pose, working on our strength and flexibility, and then in stages, we’ll work into crow. If you can’t reach the peak pose today, you’ll  have the tools to accomplish them at home. For yogis with a strong foundation in crow, this workshop will also teach you how to get to the next level in crow variations — side crow, jump to crow, maybe even one-legged flying crow. This class is for all levels, anyone who wants to play with their arm balancing potential.
